and so i have recently found my long lost BFF from 1st grade thanks to the beauty of modern technology: FACEBOOK!

as 6 year olds we spent hours in my room listening to beachboys casettes she snuck out of her mom's prized music collection. two years later, her family relocated thousands of miles away and sans internet days meant the next best thing were rusty bff necklaces. after almost 20 years of not seeing each other, we're reuniting.

i am now in the market for new bff necklaces and to my surprise, there's quite a lot more choices out there. how will i ever manage to pick the right one?

the first, very appropriate if we were still in 1st grade, this one really says "you complete me" or "you can always have my half". cute but kind of creepy considering we're both grown ups.
